Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after receiving your product. If 14 days have passed since you received your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 2-3 working days we have received your returned item. A full refund will be issued no later than 2-3 working days after this and the total processing time is approximately 5 working days for you to receive the full refund. All refunds are issued to the same bank account the purchase was made from.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
